Fall

The girls and I had a fun trip visiting my sister Sarah and her family in New Hampshire while Brett was completing his away rotation in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I could not get over how beautiful the leaves were the whole time. It was truly remarkable to see. Ellie saw the Atlantic Ocean for the first time, and I tried a lobster roll. We rode a train, picked apples, went shopping, and had lots of fun playing with cousins on their awesome new property (which is right on the river!). I felt a little guilty that Brett wasn't with us, but he will get a chance to visit the area in December when he interviews at Dartmouth.

This was our 4th year visiting the Robinson Family Farm. We're still too cheap to do most of the attractions hah, but Ellie had a blast riding the train, feeding the goats/sheep, etc.

Brett was in Utah for an interview but I took the girls to the trunk or treat at the church and they had a good time. Ellie gets SO excited for Halloween and I have to admit, it's pretty cute to see how excited she gets about each and every piece of candy. She really wanted to be a ghost but I just couldn't come up with a good way to do that so I convinced her to be a cat instead.

Oh and despite my best efforts, Adelaide continues to grow up! She can sit up by herself which has made both her and her parents MUCH happier. Adelaide isn't picky when it comes to baby food but she really likes her puffs. She's a bit smaller and blonder than Ellie but they're a lot alike as well :)
